Andrew is an experienced land use planner in both the public and private sectors. He gained significant experience with complex land use entitlements during his tenure with the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning, where his responsibilities involved a broad range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The projects often involved extensive environmental analysis and coordination with a broad range of stakeholders and public agencies. He helped draft guidelines for industrial projects and advanced streamlining case processing procedures. Some of his professional involvement includes the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and American Planning Association and holds the AICP. His community involvement includes serving on the City of La Canada Flintridge Design Commission. Andrew has a J.D. from the University at California at Davis and a B.A. from UCLA. He enjoys spending time with his family, being in the great outdoors, and exploring our built environment.
