Chris Manasserian is a Partner at GLG, focusing predominantly on land use, environmental laws, and regulatory compliance. Chris assists developers in navigating through state and local regulations and authorities, government outreach, and compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).


He has secured entitlements for a diverse array of real estate development projects, including residential and commercial development, mixed-use developments, live-work projects, hotel projects, sound stage projects in industrial zones, restaurant projects, and other various city entitlements. Chris provides guidance on a spectrum of land use, environmental, and housing regulations, including CEQA entitlement streamlining laws, the California Subdivision Map Act, the Ellis Act, and California’s density bonus law. His extensive skill set enables him to devise innovative solutions to complex land use challenges.
